Cancellation Policy

Overview: This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations and appointment rescheduling for Elite Care Clinic. It is essential to maintain a fair and efficient scheduling process to better serve our clients and manage our resources effectively. 1. Cancellation and Rescheduling Timeframe: Clients are required to provide a minimum of 72 hours' notice for any cancellations or appointment rescheduling. This policy ensures that we can effectively manage our schedule and accommodate other clients who may be in need of our services. 2. Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking an appointment. This deposit serves as a commitment fee and secures the client's slot in our schedule. The deposit amount is £10. 3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Procedures: Clients must notify Elite Care Clinic of any cancellations or rescheduling requests at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Consequences of Late Cancellations or Rescheduling: Clients who fail to provide the required 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling will forfeit their deposit and will be charged an additional £20 fee.
