All rates quoted are subject to availability and alteration. All discounted rates quoted are limited offers and subject to availability.

While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of all information, Elite Care Clinic does not accept liability for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change information and descriptions of listed products.

 

ONLINE BOOKINGS

Please note that different terms, conditions and cancellation policies in relation to all online bookings via elitecareclinic.org may apply depending on the package and products selected. Please read carefully the details and price that are provided before you make your online booking. You are advised to check through the rate details before making your online reservation.

 

Pregnancy: It is completely safe and we advise that the client is in or past their second trimester and be comfortable with laying for around one hour however this is at the own risk of the client and Elite Care Clinic will not be accountable.

 

GROUP BOOKINGS

Bookings of 2 or more may be subject to additional terms and conditions, please contact us via elitecareclinic1@gmail.com or our Instagram for more details.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

A credit/debit card is required to secure your booking. Deposit will be lost for any cancellations or rescheuling made within 48 hours of appointment. There will be further cancellation charge of £20 if a booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the booking or in case of no show.

 

TREATMENT

Signing the form. Your therapist will ask you to sign the form to indicate that the information that you have provided and that what we have agreed and stated in respect of the treatments is recorded accurately.

 

You understand and agree that we are not a medical centre and do not have a resident doctor. By booking the treatments, you confirm that you do not have any contraindication to obtaining that treatment.

 

The therapist providing the treatments will review your contraindications/consent form and based on your replies, will confirm whether we can provide the treatments. If we are unable to provide the treatment as a result of the information provided on your consent form.

 

As a result of the treatment if any allergic reactions are caused Elite Care Clinic is not accountable and no refund or compensation is offered. All products used are herbal ingredients and are sourced at the best quality.

COMPLIMENTARY BEVERAGE SERVICE

We are pleased to offer our clients the convenience of self-service hot drinks and beverages. Should you prefer to have a beverage made for you, please do not hesitate to request this service.

Please Note:

• Beverages are available for self-service to allow clients to cater to their own health, allergy, and dietary needs.

• Clients are encouraged to inform themselves of the ingredients before consumption to avoid any allergic reactions or conflicts with dietary restrictions or religious practices.

• For health and safety reasons, and to respect the diverse needs and well-being of all our clients, we do not actively offer beverages but provide them upon individual request.

By partaking in our complimentary beverage service, clients agree to our terms and conditions and acknowledge that they are consuming at their own discretion.

PARKING

Please be advised that Elite Care Clinic is not liable or responsible for any parking fines, tickets, or penalties incurred by customers or visitors while parking. It is the sole responsibility of the client to adhere to all parking regulations and to ensure that their vehicle is parked in accordance with local laws and guidelines. EliteCare Clinic will not intervene or provide compensation for any parking-related violations or expenses.

 

PROMOTIONS AND OFFERS

Please note that all promotional offers are subject to specific terms, conditions and restrictions listed either on this page or on the specific webpage relating to that offer. All special offers are subject to availability. At any point in time Elite Care Clinic may have a number of offers and promotions available.

Apart from printing information in connection with your travel, you are not entitled to reproduce, replicate, sell, resell or otherwise exploit the website listed above unless we provide you with prior written permission to do so.

 

SOCIAL MEDIA COMPETITIONS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The prize is as stated on competition landing page or social media post and no alternative is available.

Entry requirements on the social media post must be strictly adhered to. To complete your entry, entrants must be a follower of our TikTok or Instagram, and perform the relevant entry requirements as set out on the competition landing page or social media post. Closing date is as stated on competition landing page or social media post. We endeavour to contact the competition winner within 1 week of the competition closing date to arrange prize distribution. Prize winners will be asked to contact Elite Care Clinic via Instagram direct messages to retrieve contact details and coordinate their prize.

Prize winners will receive confirmation via email. Elite Care Clinic competitions are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. All entrants and participants hereby release Instagram of any responsibility. Elite Care Clinic employees, their agents, families/friends or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are excluded from the competition.

Elite Care Clinic decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Elite Care Clinic reserves the right to publish the name of the winner on our social media, our website and in any consumer or trade press. Elite Care Clinic reserves the right to suspend or terminate the competition, extend the closing date or amend these terms and conditions at any time. By entering the competition you agree to accept these terms and conditions.

In the event that Elite Care Clinic is unable to contact the winner it will draw a replacement winner meaning the first winner will no longer be eligible to receive the prize.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your own password and account for all activities that occur under your account.
